Very easy to drop off anything to donate with the drive thru. I always appreciate a staff member greeting me whenever I drop stuff off and helping me place the items in the right vat. I was also surprised how clean the inside of the store is and no smell. Nothing like what I usually experience at a typical Goodwill.

I love the way I can go to shop at goodwill and get my money worth of the clothes I want to buy. I love clothes so much as well as shoes and they are not cheap to buy except for when you get them at goodwill
I would rate higher, but they are hardly open ever. There hours change all the time? However they are open 5 days a week yes. But for people who work during the day it’s not practical. I miss coming here every Saturday with my mom, but we both work during the day so we cannot.

Only open 5 days a week mon-fri! No goodwill in that. This should be open on the weekend or at least on Saturdays. EXTREMELY disappointed

Great bins! Was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. Went shortly after opening, not very crowded, lots of carts available. I found quite a bit and will definitely go back! I like how the hard goods were separate from the rest of the items. Large selection of clothing.

I live out of town but come by every time I come to Des Moines. I have made many great finds. Do not expect a regular retail store. Yes, it is chaotic. The only real problem I have had is that messages over the intercom are completely garbled. Others have told me this also.

Cashiers being able to add weight to your total based on if your cart has a certain color marking or whatever is a little ridiculous. But this store is still fun regardless. I have a great time when I go. Prices are great compared to pretty much anywhere else.

The new management has this place running so well. I am finding good stuff again and the 20 minute rotations on Wednesdays are great! The staff is friendly. Out of all the outlets I’ve been to this one is the cleanest.

You must wear gloves and for good reason! Broken glass and sometimes unsanitary items. Nice employees, a laid back atmosphere feels like most shoppers know each other and are polite. You’ll find good stuff if you spend some time here.
