Love to shop here as its way cheaper than a regular goodwill store however if you’re not used to of people being harsh and pushing with other customers dont come here because theres alot of online sellers here trying to fight over items.

Online ordered and picked up at Indy Franklin Rd. Location. I went into the main entrance, then was told I needed the go next door ( outside then walk down the sidewalk). – sign said around the corner. I walk through snow and back to a large garage door. 1 sign said ” Ring Bell “. A very polite lady retrieved my items with a smile. So, THAT earned a 5 star review ! The Main entrance inside appeared to be pure chaos, I would never walk in that part – again.

The store closes at 7pm, right? Wrong. You have to be out the door by 7. Rude employees. They yell for you to get to the check out before the posted closing hours and follow you until you’re walking up. We walked in a little after 6pm and wasn’t greeted, but was told ‘We ClOsE aT sEvEn!!’
