Product available depends on the donations. I have always found a good deal. Today I found 4 pairs or shoes that were brand new. Sundays they always run a special with different colored tags. I was looking for clubs for middle school golf. I typically don’t go for anything specific. They are usually priced better than other donation driven shops.

Staff was very nice and had a great little conversation with me at the counter. Prices were fair and I was able to pick up a travel bag for very cheap for my service dog as we travel around. I even found a lighter weight backpack and some comfortable (almost brand new) boots because my shoes were wearing out. I only spent $17 total.
I love this place but you must lower your prices. $1.59lb is too too much. You would move more merchandise with a lower price. You were $1.09lb for many, many years.

This rating is solely concerning the lady, who brings out the auction purchases to the buyer, she is a friendly and helpful employee. She deserves a raise in pay, feel free to take the additional pay from the smart mouthed woman who answers the phone while the delivery lady is on lunch.

It was pretty calm and orderly when I went. Lower your expectations, it is a goodwill bin. You will be sifting through just a notch above trash to find a hidden gem. Staff was friendly.

So this Goodwill Outlet location is under new management. We are working very hard to address the issues and get the tables on a faster rotation. Things are already improving and they will just keep getting better as we grow. There is already a faster rotation of tables and we will continue to get faster as our staff grows. Bring it back. This was the only goodwill store location I enjoy visiting. It is better than any goodwill outlet I’ve ever visited. I miss the bins.
